The Cleveland Browns officially announced the signing of sixth-round defensive lineman Clifton Geathers today. Selected 186th overall, Geathers agreed to a multi-year deal. He is the first member of the Browns' 2010 draft class to reach an agreement with the team.

The team's other draft picks still have plenty of time to agree on a contract before training camp, which begins near the end of July. The team's other draft picks are as follows:

• S T.J. Ward (2nd round)
• RB Montario Hardesty (2nd round)
• QB Colt McCoy (3rd round)
• OG Shawn Luavao (3rd round)
