Cavaliers Fans Burn LeBron James Jersey In Cleveland

During ESPN’s “The Decision” broadcast Thursday night, the network showed video of Cleveland fans burning LeBron James’s Cavaliers jersey in response to his decision to sign with the Miami Heat next season. Here’s the image.

Asked for a response to the burning jersey, James stated, “I can’t get involved in that… I wanted to do what was best for LeBron James.”

What a complete joke LeBron is...

I can’t believed that he duped me the way that he did. I actually thought the loyalty tatto was there for a reason, that he understood what it meant to be an Ohioan, and how to become a champion. I feel absolutely embarrassed for supporting him in the past; I was a complete fool.

Don't be afraid to fight for your rights!

Ah yes, Cleveland, very fake. So many pretensions up there. And Miami is just filled with those wholesome, salt-of-the-earth types.

why are you cleveland people so sad, you knew it would happen. Just face it, Cavs sucks not even the king can win a title with u guys. If anyone was lebron, they would have moved to a different team. I’m sorry, but cleveland is just not a championship team, and i don’t think they ever will be, no matter how many regular season games they win. If cavaliers get into the playoffs next season, i take back what i say, but i’ll bet a lot that they won’t be in the playoffs for a while.

You know what’s funny is 47 states voted for him to go to the Heat! Why because they want to watch him succeed! Stop the hate! He plays ball not to lose but to win, he might actually have a chance now! Who cares we welcome him with open arms here in miami! THE DYNASTYYY LJ, DW,CB!!! The HEAT is ONNNN! = )

HEAT fan here, all I’ve got to say is HAH, you get what you deserve. Go wrap yourselves in some snuggies and have a cry, your tears taste like candy.

WHOA! Can it be? 2 Heat fans on the same message board?!?!? That’s like 40% of the entire fanbase! It is a magical night.

what a joke you call yourselves fans!

im from minnesota and when we traded kevin garnett to the celtics i was so excited for him to go win a ring! its was pretty much like we one it by giving them kg. Kg still has a state full of fans on the other side of the country! i see no reason why lebron cant still have a state full of fans 1000 miles away! you cleveland fans havent one crap due to you look at how you look at life!

He was born in Cleveland. Also he threw the game so he could win somewhere else. He chose to go somewhere for the good of Lebron, That pretty much sums up how selfish Lebron is.
