Finally, some good news. Mary Schmitt Boyer of the Plain Dealer is reporting that Joey Graham and Christian Eyenga both practiced on Thursday and could be ready to play against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday as long as there are no further problems.
The Cavs, owners of the league’s worst record, had enough trouble winning ballgames when healthy, but a recent string of injuries, including a season-ending ankle tendon tear to Anderson Varejao, have left the Cavaliers with a startling lack of depth.
Returning both Graham and Eyenga won’t catapult Cleveland back up the standings, but it is a start. Eyenga had shown some real athleticism after being called up from Erie, and Joey Graham could help to shore up the struggling defense.
