Iowa sophomore running back and one of the top rushers in all of the Big Ten Marcus Coker has been suspended for the Insight Bowl on December 30th against Oklahoma for disciplinary reasons.
Why Coker was suspended remains unknown, but he will not travel with the team to play against Oklahoma. This suspension leaves the Hawkeyes very thin at running back.
