The Cleveland Browns are still ranked low in the power rankings, despite a win on Sunday.

The Cleveland Browns picked up their second win of the season on Sunday, besting the San Diego Chargers. They took some risks and made things happen, but they still sit at 2-6, far out of a playoff spot at this point, and nobody expects them to climb back to that point. There still are a couple teams with worse records though, so the Browns aren't at the very bottom of the weekly power rankings.

Ryan Van Bibber of SB Nation released his rankings, and the Browns come in at No. 29, up one spot from the previous week. He has them above the Carolina Panthers, Jacksonville Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs, all of whom are 1-6.

29. Cleveland Browns (LW: 30, 2-6): Hey, Pat Shurmur actually went for it on fourth down ... and it worked. I suspect Jimmy Haslam had a talk with the lame duck head coach after last week.

ESPN also has the Browns at No. 29, up one spot on their list as well. CBS Sports also has the Browns at No. 29, but didn't move them up, as that's where they were last week. FOX Sports, sticking to what they generally do, jumped the Browns up five spots after the win and have them at No. 24.
