The Xavier Musketeers are currently in third place of the Atlantic 10 conference, but they still have some work to do if they want to get a top seed going into the Conference tournament starting on March 6.
Xavier's next game against the Saint Louis Billikins will test their mettle, being the third team in the conference facing the second team in the conference. Their last game against Charlotte will prove a bit easier, but the Saint Louis game could decide who finishes top three regardless of who wins the Charlotte game.
Currently, Xavier's three seed in the conference tournament would be good enough to earn them a bye. They would then play the winner of the game between the six and 11 seeds, currently held by Massachusetts and Charlotte. A win over Saint Louis and the Musketeers could be talking about holding the number one seed with a little bit of luck.
