2012 NFL Draft Results: Trent Richardson Goes To Cleveland Browns With No. 3 Overall Pick

With the 3rd pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns have selected Trent Richardson, a running back from the Alabama Crimson Tide. These NFL Draft 2012 results bear out the projection for Richardson, who was seen as the top running back in this year’s class of draftees.

Richardson is known for his incredible strength, making him extremely difficult to take down and putting him in the mold of a Marshawn Lynch. He has a lot of field awareness and patience and is adaptable to unexpected situations that arise during plays.
