Trent Richardson Tweets Plea To Bring Back Browns' Old Logo

Stay connected for news and updates

Many mock drafts have the Browns taking Alabama running back Trent Richardson with the No. 4 overall pick in this April's NFL Draft. Richardson was in town this week to visit Berea and interview with the Browns' brass. We know he already made quite the impression on the Browns' coaching staff during his pro-day workout last week. A number of the top ten talents visited this week, but Richardson tweeted several times about it , and gave a shout out to the Dawg Pound. He said the visit went well and then followed it up on Friday afternoon with a plea to bring back the Browns old mascot.

Tweet after the jump:

Of course it would be thrilling to see Richardson in a Browns' uniform, but some fans are torn on the Brownie logo. Some merchandise and sideline apparel have the logo.
