2012 NBA Mock Draft: DraftExpress Has Cleveland Taking Bradley Beal No. 4 Overall

More from SI.com: A behind the scenes look at the NBA Draft lottery.

Now that the 2012 NBA Draft Lottery has taken place, pundits can get to work on mock drafts with teams at their respective slots for the NBA Draft, which will take place on June 28.

The Cavaliers will pick No. 4 this year, dropping a spot after the lottery from the No. 3 spot. Despite the drop, a post-lottery mock draft from DraftExpress still has the Cavaliers going with shooting guard Bradley Beal out of Florida. Beal had a poor statistical freshman season after being highly touted out of high school, but draft experts remain high on his intangibles:

Standing somewhere between 6-4 and 6-5, Beal has decent size for a NBA shooting guard, to go along with a solid frame and average length. While not possessing rim-rocking explosiveness, he's an extremely smooth and fluid athlete with excellent mobility.

The Cavs will also have the No. 24 pick in the first round, a pick they received as part of the Ramon Sessions deal to the Lakers mid-season. DraftExpress projects Arnett Moultrie going to the Cavs with that pick. Moultrie is a 6-foot-11 big man out of Mississippi State who averaged 10.5 rebounds and just under a block per game as a 21-year-old junior.
