The Dayton Flyers are headed to their first regional action in their program's history, but they will have a tall task in their first round game on Friday.
The Flyers will square off against the No. 1 seeded Texas A&M Aggies, the winningest college baseball team of all time. The Aggies finished their season at 42-16 and are looking to make it back to the College World Series after making it there last year.
The Flyers will be the No. 4 seed in the regional after winning the Atlantic-10 tournament, 3-0, over Richmond. They finished the regular season with an unexceptional 31-28 record, but they were 17-7 in the conference.
Here's the info for Friday's game:
WHEN: Friday, June 1, 2012
