NBA Draft 2012: Jared Sullinger Lands In Boston, According To Chad Ford

The Boston Celtics will draft former Ohio State star Jared Sullinger with the No. 22 pick in Thursday's NBA Draft, according to ESPN.com's Chad Ford (Insider).

Concerns over Sullinger's back have caused angst among NBA general managers.

According to Ford:

I'm not sure when the bleeding will end for Sullinger...But since the Celtics have two picks, they can afford to take the risk here. It will be a good one. Sullinger can play and he may be the best low-post scorer in the game.

Sullinger missed two games last season with back problems. He averaged 17.5 points and 9.2 rebounds for Ohio State and helped lead the team to a Final Four appearance.

Both Sullinger's father and agent dismissed concerns over his back.
