Cleveland native Jason Dufner got off to a solid start at this year's British Open, which began Thursday.
Dufner, who started the week at No. 8 in the world rankings and No. 2 in 2012 earnings, was -2 through 11 holes. That was good for a four-way tie at No. 8.
A complete, updated leaderboard is available at Golf.com.
Tiger Woods, No. 4 in the world and No. 1 in earnings, shot -4 through 13 holes.
Adam Scott of Australia led through 17 holes at -7.
Dufner had two birdies and nine pars on his first 11 holes. The birdies came on two of the course's shortest holes: the par-3 No. 1 (205 yards) and the par-3 No. 9 (165 yards).
