The 2012 preseason opener for the Cleveland Browns has been a struggle so far, with the team mustering just three points on offense while also losing wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi to a head injury on his first play.
Massaquoi was hit high on the first throw from rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden and had to exit the game. Weeden completed just three of nine passes for 62 yards in his preseason debut, also tossing an interception. Colt McCoy has replaced Weeden in the game, and is six for eight for 88 yards.
The only points of the game for the Browns have come courtesy of a Phil Dawson 37-yard field goal. Cleveland has also been flagged eight times in the first half for 55 yards.
