Cleveland Indians shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera will not be in the lineup for the Indians' series finale against the Minnesota Twins. Cabrera has a sore wrist, but everything checked out in an X-ray, according to Cleveland manager Manny Acta (via Jordan Garretson). Brent Lillibridge will replace Cabrera in the lineup.
Cleveland took the first game of the series, 7-6, before dropping the next two by a combined four runs. Cord Phelps is in the lineup for the third time in five games since being recalled from Triple-A, while fellow youngster Lonnie Chisenhall is back in action as well, after a day off on Sunday. Here are the full lineups:
Justin Masterson (11-12, 4.84 ERA) will take the ball for the Indians opposite Samuel Deduno, who takes a 5-3 record and a 3.66 ERA to the mound for Minnesota. Deduno has allowed three earned runs or less in 9 out of 11 starts this season.
