Ohio St. is in the regional semifinals for the fourth year in a row, but the Buckeyes had to do a little sweating to get there. Iowa St. gave them all they could handle in the third round, taking a 75-74 lead with two minutes to go, but those were the last points they scored. An Aaron Craft three-pointer with less than a second left gave the Buckeyes the win. They remain the highest-seeded team in a West Region decimated by upsets.

As for Arizona, the Wildcats didn't have nearly as much drama in their tournament run. The Wildcats defeated Belmont by 17 points and Harvard by 23 to get to this point. Mark Lyons has one of the hottest hands in the nation, scoring a combined 50 points in the past two games.

Here's the complete schedule for Thursday's game:

Time: 7:47 P.M. ET

TV: TBS
