Cleveland Browns coach Pat Shurmur and general manager Tom Heckert will part ways with the organization after Sunday's game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
It's been another disappointing winter in Cleveland, where through 31 games the Cavaliers are just 7-24 overall. They currently have the second worst record in the East and are in last place in the Central Division standings.
