Cleveland Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore was spotted working out at Progressive Field before the team's game against the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night.

Sizemore was placed on the 60-day disabled list at the start of the season after he missed all of spring training recovering from back surgery. The earliest he could return to the team is June 3rd, assuming he suffers no setbacks in his rehab.

Indians manager Manny Acta told the Akron Beacon Journal that he expects Sizemore to be taking batting practice by next week.

Seeing him throw long toss and get active in running a month before his potential return can only be good signs for Indians fans that want to see Sizemore back in action.

SB Nation's Land-Grant Holy Land Investigation Leads To Sex Offender Arrest

The diligent reporting by Luke Zimmerman from SB Nation's Ohio State athletics blog, Land-Grant Holy Land, has led to the arrest Charles Eric Waugh, a registered sex offender.

In under an hour, on April 30th, Waugh tweeted at over 100 Ohio State football affiliated individuals, including players, coaches and recruits. Weird incident, but nothing to worry about, right? A little more digging by Zimmerman resulted in an email sent out by the University warning Ohio State athletes that Waugh was a registered sex offender in Kentucky.

Along with the warning text message, Ohio State has handled the issue head on, and issued an official statement on May 4th.

On May 7, a week after his twitter binge, Waugh was arrested for tweeting persons under the age of 18 — a violation of his parole.

This incident has led to the decommitment of Alex Anzalone, a linebacker out of Pennsylvania. A report on FOX Sports says Anzalone is still considering the Buckeyes.
