No News On Browns' Assistant Coaches

Stay connected for news and updates

In his press conference two weeks ago, Mike Holmgren told the media that he would confer with the Cleveland Browns coaching staff again on Monday, January 10.

It was anticipated that we might learn the fates of Brian Daboll, Rob Ryan, and Brad Seely, but so far there aren’t any rumblings as to whether or not anything even happened on Monday. The Browns might be waiting for a head coach to be named before deciding on the assistant coaches.

In addition, it sounds like Chargers defensive coordinator Ron Rivera will get the Carolina Panthers’ head coaching position over Ryan, who interviewed for the position last week.
