Week 7 NFL Power Rankings: CBS Sports Holds Browns At 23

The Cleveland Browns didn't look like a great team in week six, but power rankings have been kind to them, given the circumstances. The Oakland Raiders are such a hard team to really have a grasp of, looking bad against them can be a product of so many things. Cleveland is, however, ranked fairly low on most power rankings, and it's definitely deserved. While SB Nation has them at 22, and had them higher last week, CBS Sports have neglected to drop them after playing the Raiders.

23. They don't do enough on offense, which brings up this question: Is Colt McCoy the long-term answer?

It's an interesting question, and probably a little too harsh given the circumstances. The new offense doesn't quite know what it is and Peyton Hillis has failed to get things going at all after such a good year last year. Colt McCoy needs to be evaluated, but it's probably far too early to pose such a blunt question.
