The ugly 6-3 win for the Cleveland Browns on Sunday was not enough to move them up a little bit in this week's SB Nation NFL Power Rankings according to Joel Thorman. Both teams lacked much of an offense in a rather dull field goal kicking exhibition, but Cleveland found enough to earn a fourth quarter field goal and the victory. It still dropped them a spot in this week's poll to No. 23:

23. Cleveland Browns (3-3, LW: 22): Definitely a team on the rise but they need to prove they can beat good teams before I take them too seriously.

It probably does not help that two of Cleveland's three victories have come over the bottom two teams in this week's poll. The Dolphins and Colts are a combined 0-13 so far, and each have lost close games to the Browns. The Browns have a west coast road trip this week as they travel to NFC West leading San Francisco.
