Both the Cleveland browns and Jacksonville Jaguars are well out of the playoff hunt, but Jacksonville comes in off of a dominant win in Indianapolis in which they gave up on a field goal. they also have a Monday night win earlier int he season over fellow AFC North foe the Baltimore Ravens. SB Nation's odds partner Oddshark has labeled this game too close to call, as each team has even odds going into Sunday:

Jacksonville beat the league's worst team on the road last week and gets arguably the second worst in Week 11. The Jaguars visit Cleveland and they are 4-1 SU lifetime at the Dawg Pound. The Browns have scored 40 points TOTAL in their past four games and this one reeks of UNDER potential.

Cleveland managed only four field goals last week in a 13-12 loss to the Rams. Jacksonville's offense wasn't explosive against Indianapolis, but it was enough in a 17-3 win.
