The Browns will start Emmanuel Stephens at right defensive end in place of Jayme Mitchell, who started the first nine games of the season.
The decision was made by the coaches and not because Mitchell is injured. The Browns claimed Stephens off waivers in September after he was cut by the Atlanta Falcons.
After registering a sack and a half against the Miami Dolphins in Week 3, Mitchell has struggled. Stephens has played well the past two weeks, finishing with four tackles in each game.
