After another disappoint loss, this time to the Houston Texans, the Cleveland Browns have fallen yet again in Joel Thorman's SB Nation Power Rankings. Cleveland comes in at No. 24 in this week's poll, down one spot from No. 23 last week:

24. Cleveland Browns (3-5, LW: 23): Tough division to be in for the Browns with the Steelers and Ravens. (Then again, I said the same thing about the first place Bengals.)

Clevleand should have a chance to earn a victory this week when the St. Louis Rams, rated No. 31 by Thorman, come to Cleveland, The Rams are sitting at 1-7 with their only victory a surprisingly easy one over New Orleans. Cleveland's three victories this season over the Dolphins, Colts, and Seahawks have come against similarly ranked teams. Unfortunately, Cleveland still have five games remaining against the Bengals, Steelers, and Ravens who are all in the top nine of this week's rankings.
