Injuries to Colt McCloy and Peyton Hillis have severely limited the Cleveland Browns' offense this season, and they must finish the year playing the two leaders in their division. Still, Cleveland nearly managed a win at Arizona this week. as a result, Joel Thorman saw enough to move Cleveland up two spots in this week's SB Nation NFL Power Rankings:

26. Cleveland Browns (4-10, LW: 28): As the losses pile up, the draft position gets better. The question for Cleveland is whether they look to a quarterback in the draft.

The quarterback situation got even more dicey with Seneca Wallace spurring the Cleveland offense to 17 points against Arizona while McCoy was sidelined with a concussion. Wallace may be forced to finish the season as the starter against Baltimore and Pittsburgh, and a win in either of those games would be a surprise to Browns fans. As it stands, Cleveland can still earn a top 5 draft pick with two losses.
