The Cleveland Browns are still waiting on 1st Round draft pick Phil Taylor to join the team. According to Taylor, that time could be coming, and soon. Taylor took to his Twitter account tonight to spread some good news:
Good news. Stay tuned. Might be on that field 2mrw. Like a kid at the candy shopless than a minute ago via Echofon

Does that mean Taylor could get his deal with the Browns done tonight in time to take the field for the first time with his teammates tomorrow? If so, the Browns and GM Tom Heckert aren't saying.
"It's not a concern at all. We're talking to them every day and we have a good relationship with his agent and we'll see what happens."
The hangup in negotiations has been the amount of guaranteed money that Taylor would receive in the deal. With a deal for Eagles DT Broderick Bunkley canceled out, the urgency to get Taylor into camp as soon as possible has increased.
