The Cleveland Browns finished a disappointing 4-12 in 2011, and saw all three of its division rivals reach the postseason. With a top 4 pick in the NFL Draft it is likely the Browns will look to improve on a punchless offense that struggled to score points all season long. As a result, Joel Thorman has ranked the Browns at No. 26 in his finals NFL Power Rankings of the season:

26. Cleveland Browns (4-12, LW: 27): The defense finishes in the top five, so that's great. But the offense has finished 29th or worse in scoring for four straight years. In fact, Cleveland has had one top 10 offense since Marty Schottenheimer left in the late '80s.

Robert Griffin III is a common target for the Browns and their offensive struggles. Cleveland also own Atlanta's first round pick, allowing them to really go after offensive talent in the draft.
