NFL Mock Draft 2012: Todd McShay Projects Justin Blackmon To Browns

ESPN football analyst Todd McShay released a mock draft Wednesday projecting the Cleveland Browns to take Justin Blackmon with the fourth overall pick.

Blackmon had 121 receptions for 1,522 yards and 18 touchdowns last season at Oklahoma State. He had three touchdowns in the Cowboys' Fiesta Bowl win over Stanford.

A recent SB Nation Mock Draft had the Browns taking Alabama running back Trent Richardson, but McShay thinks otherwise:

With the top two quarterbacks on the board already gone, Blackmon's size, hands and physical style offer the Browns a playmaker who can help current QB Colt McCoy.

McShay projects Andrew Luck to go first overall to the Indianapolis Colts, and Robert Griffin III to go second to the Washington Redskins (a pick that previously belonged to St. Louis). He has the Minnesota Vikings taking Matt Kalil, an offensive tackle from USC, and Trent Richardson going to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at No. 5.

McShay's draft pegs Morris Claiborne, a cornerback from LSU, as the top defensive pick, going No. 6 to the Rams.
