To replace injured defensive tackle Phil Taylor, the Cleveland Browns announced Monday they will rotate rookies Billy Winn and John Hughes. The roster strategy was made official by head coach Pat Shurmur, who spoke to the media about depth chart decisions.

Both Winn and Hughes will try to fill the shoes of Taylor, who's recovering from pectoral surgery and is out until the midseason. Winn and Hughes are expected to pair with four-year veteran Ahtyba Rubin on the Browns' defensive line.
