The Cleveland Browns are 7-point-underdogs when they travel across Ohio to take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. The line has not moved since opening at 7 points; however, the over/under has dropped. The over/under opened at 40 points but has settled between 38 and 39 depending upon which sportsbook you use.
In their Week 1 matchups, it was actually the Browns who covered and the Bengals who did not. The Browns covered as 8.5-point underdogs, nearly upsetting the Philadelphia Eagles before falling 17-16. The Bengals, however, got manhandled by the Ravens and did not come close to covering as 7-point underdogs, losing by a final score of 44-13.
Both teams are looking to avoid an 0-2 hole and the Bengals are hoping to avoid an 0-2 start within the AFC North. Neither team's offense got going in their opening game, a fact they hope to change against defenses that gave up over 300 yards passing in their Week 1 losses.
