Thomas, in his sixth season out of Wisconsin, has an 81-game streak of consecutive games played that started when he was a rookie in 2007.
The Browns' offensive line has been beset with injuries, with backup Oniel Cousins and starting center Alex Mack plus offensive guard John Greco also on the injury report from Wednesday. Greco (calf) and Cousins (ankle) were limited in Wednesday's practice as well.
Thomas is key to the Browns, a team struggling on offense as it is. His job is to protect rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden's blind side. With Thomas back in practice at full-go, he should continue his streak of games this week against the Cincinnati Bengals.
