The Cleveland Cavaliers dipped back below .500 again less than 24 hours after they got back to the mark with a 10-point loss to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night. It was the Cavs' second game of a back-to-back.
Cleveland trailed by double digits in the second quarter, but managed to cut the deficit to five at the half and just two going into the fourth quarter. However, it was all Warriors in the fourth as they outscored the Cavs 24-16 in the final frame to come away with the 105-95 win, their second straight after defeating the Pistons on Sunday night.
Kyrie Irving finished with 18 points after having 11 in the first half. He also finished with eight rebounds and five assists.
David Lee torched the Cavs for 29 points on 13-for-20 shooting. Nate Robinson added 17.
The Cavs get a couple days off before trying to get back to .500 on Friday against the first place Chicago Bulls.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are playing their second game of a back-to-back and it showed as the first half wore on against the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night. At the half, the Warriors lead 55-50.
The Cavs hung tough with the Warriors through the first 12 minutes, but hit a wall about midway through the second quarter when Golden State went on a 15-3 run to take a 12-point lead. Cleveland crept back in the final three minutes, though, to cut the score to five going into the locker rooms.
After dropping 25 points and seven assists against Charlotte last night, Kyrie Irving has 11 points (on 5-for-9 shooting), five rebounds, and three assists. Big man Semih Erden has 10 points off the bench for the Cavs.
David Lee is the Warriors' leading scorer with 11. Golden State was hoping they were going to get point guard Stephen Curry back tonight, but he is out again due to his latest ankle injury. Charles Jenkins started in his stead, but only played seven first half minutes.
