Derrick Rose is not playing due to a toe injury, but that didn't stop the Chicago Bulls from building a huge first half lead. After 24 minutes, they were up on the Cavs, 63-44.
Chicago could not find anything but net in the first half, shooting 59-percent compared to Cleveland's 39-percent. They outrebounded the Cavs, 27-18.
C.J. Watson led the Bulls with 13 points and had five assists. Carlos Boozer and Luol Deng combined for 21 points and 13 rebounds.
The No. 1 overall pick in last year's draft Kyrie Irving led the Cavs with 13 points on 5-for-9 shooting. The Cavs only managed 18 points in the second quarter and had nine first half turnovers.
