Cavaliers Schedule 2012: Rematch Against Boston Highlights Cleveland's Week

The Cavaliers only have one game before the weekend when they rematch against the Boston Celtics.

The last second victory over the streaking Boston Celtics was one of the signature moments so far of the short NBA season for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs have only won five of their last ten games, but it's a start for a team that was supposed to win even fewer games than that. It'll be more of the same during the week for Cleveland as they get a quick rematch against the Celtics on Tuesday at 7 PM ET.

Kyrie Irving was the man who slayed the beast as it were with his last second layup to win the 88-87 victory for Cleveland, and the Celtics know that they're going to need to watch the rookie of the year contender a bit more closely this time around. The win brought the Cavs to 8-11 and they will technically have a chance to get to .500 this week if they can keep the momentum going and start by knocking down Cleveland again. The biggest thing to watch for Cleveland will be Ray Allen, who had a great game back from injury and should only get better as he gets back into his game.

The rematch against the Celtics is the only match of the week proper for the Cavaliers, leading into a busy weekend where they will face a back to back against the Orlando Magic and defending champion Dallas Mavericks. This will be the first week with only three games for Cleveland since the opening week of the season back in December.
