Cavaliers Vs. Trail Blazers: Cleveland's 7-Game Road Trip Continues Through Portland

After winning just 19 games last year, the Cleveland Cavaliers can win their fifth game and go two games above .500 on Sunday when their seven-game road trip stops in Portland for a game against the Trail Blazers.

Surprisingly, the Cavaliers were in a similar position last season, sitting at 4-3 with an opportunity to extend a winning streak and improve to 5-3. They went on to win only four of their next 46 games, though.

This year's Cavs team appears to be a lot better than last year's team with the addition of No. 1 overall pick Kyrie Irving who is averaging over 14 point per game as the team's starting point guard, but the Cavs may have as tough of time improving to 5-3. They take on the 5-2 Portland Trail Blazers who had their best start since 1999-2000 and are seventh in the NBA in scoring. Last year the Blazers averaged 111 points per game and shot better than 53-percent against the Cavs in taking each game of the series by an average of 23.5 points.
