Kyrie Irving is 'doubtful' for Wednesday night's home finale against the Washington Wizards due to illness.
When the Cleveland Cavaliers play their final home game of the regular season on Wednesday night, they will be doing so without the aide of star guard, Kyrie Irving. Apparently, Irving fell ill at some point last night and was unable to attend Wednesday morning's shootaround.

When asked for comment after practice, Cavs head coach Byron Scott asserted that Irving was likely not going to play Wednesday night against the Washington Wizards.
Kyrie Irving is sick, BScott said. He is doubtful for tonight.

Ultimately, the loss of Irving will make Wednesday night's game that much more difficult. Washington is currently in the midst of a four-game winning streak and will look to extend it to five-games against the Cavs. With only two games left in the season, it's unclear if Irving has potentially played his final game of his rookie year.
He has averaged 18.8 points, 5.5 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game in 50 games played this season.
