Cavaliers Vs. Bulls Final: Cleveland Loses 107-75 In Season Finale

For the Cleveland Cavaliers, the season finale without Kyrie Irving went just about as well as most of their other games without Irving had gone in the 2011/2012 season. Their young star was once again missed as the Cavs went out of the season with a whimper to the Chicago Bulls, 107-75 in Chicago.

Chicago was missing a star players as well, with Derrick Rose out for the 27th time this season, but it hardly mattered.

John Lucas led the Bulls in scoring with 25 points, while nobody on the Cavaliers could even break 20. Only Tristan Thompson's double double performance of 13 points and 12 rebounds was about the only performance from the Cleveland side that showed any sign of wanting to beat the best team in the NBA, and even then it never brought them close.

With the win, the Bulls cliched the top seed in the NBA playoffs, so at least there was something for somebody to celebrate. At this point the Cavs are just probably glad that the rough and tumble season is finally over.
