Kyrie Irving will return from his shoulder injury to try to knock off the streaking Spurs.
Kyrie Irving will return to the Cleveland lineup as the Cavaliers host the surging San Antonio Spurs Tuesday night at Quicken Loans Arena. Irving missed Saturday's game in New York with a shoulder injury. Via the Associated Press:
Cleveland coach Byron Scott said Irving participated in the team’s morning shootaround without any problems and that the 20-year-old told him he "feels great." Irving sprained his shoulder last week in a loss to Milwaukee and sat out Saturday’s game in New York.
The Cavaliers have lost seven consecutive games while the Spurs have won seven in a row. San Antonio, however, will be playing its third game in four nights.
The Spurs are currently second in the Western Conference standings, two and 1/2 games behind the Oklahoma City Thunder.
