The Cleveland Indians are breathing a sigh of relief today after they received some good news about RF Shin Soo Choo. Choo has been out of the lineup with a bit of elbow soreness and there was a concern that he was experiencing issues with the same elbow he had Tommy John surgery on in 2007.
After having the elbow checked out, it was determined that the soreness was nothing serious and had nothing to do with his previous injury. Better yet, Indians trainer Lonnie Soloff has said he expects Shoo to be ready to play right field this Friday.
That’s great news for the Indians.
