The Tribe, buoyed by good news concerning third-base front-runner Jason Donald, face the Colorado Rockies this afternoon in Arizona. Donald, who was hit on the hand by a pitch in the second inning yesterday against the Sox, had X-rays taken on his hand, which came up negative.
The Indians defeated the Rockies on Friday before breaking even in a pair of split-squad games yesterday, beating the White Sox 8-3, but losing to Seattle 7-2.
Cleveland stands at 4-4 in Cactus League action, while Colorado is 4-3.
And Opening Day is 26 days away and getting closer all the time.
