2012 Indians Spring Training: Cleveland Vs. Arizona Game Features Live Mics On Players

Stay connected for news and updates

Ever wonder it what players, coaches and umpires said during a Major League Baseball game? If you have pondered that very question, you are in luck. The MLB Network has players, coaches and umps wired for sound in a Wednesday spring training game between the Cleveland Indians and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Perhaps even more impressive is that the network will use live audio, rather than the usual trick some networks do of recording in-game audio and replaying select pieces of it later.

You can also listen to the game on web, via the Indians’ web site.

Cleveland is 1-2 so far in the Cactus League. Left-handed David Huff is starting for the Indians on Wednesday, his second start of the spring.
