With a victory on Tuesday, Cleveland will have a winning record for the first time this season.
The Cleveland Indians will look to get over .500 for the first time this season when they head to the upper northwest to take on the Seattle Mariners. Cleveland has won three straight games after sweeping the Kansas City Royals over the weekend, and its record is now 4-4.
Justin Masterson will toe the rubber for Cleveland, and despite posting a 2.77 ERA over his first two starts, the 27-year-old right-hander is still seeking his first win of the season. He has dominated the Mariners over the course of his career, posting 2.13 ERA in eight games against them.
Former Cleveland pitcher Kevin Millwood will be facing his old squad on Tuesday. In 2005, his only season in Cleveland, Millwood posted a 2.86 ERA, which led the league.
First pitch at Safeco Field is scheduled for 10:10 ET.
