Indians Vs. White Sox Final Score: Carlos Santana, Travis Hafner Homers Lift Cleveland, 6-3

The Indians finally got to the Chicago White Sox pitching in the second of a three-game series and evened it with a 6-3 win on Wednesday night.

Cleveland loaded the bases in two of the first three innings against White Sox starter Phil Humber, but he struck out the side in the first and got Carlos Santana and Shin-Soo Choo to escape in the second. The Indians finally got to Humber in the top of the fifth inning, though, when Santana blasted a three-run shot over 430 feet.

After the White Sox tied the game in the home half of the fifth, the Indians would add a run against Will Ohman in the eighth and two more off Matt Thornton in the top half of the ninth on a Hafner bomb. Chris Perez threw a clean ninth for his 8th save of the season.

The Indians and White Sox close out their three-game set on Thursday at 8:10 p.m. ET.
