The Cleveland Indians (12-10) have not lost a road series all season and they look to continue that streak Thursday at US Cellular Field in Chicago for their third and final game with the White Sox (12-12).
Travis Hafner, who belted a two-run home run in the ninth inning Wednesday, is being replaced as the designated hitter in the lineup by newly acquired Johnny Damon, according to Jordan Bastian of MLB.com.
Today's Tribe 9: Damon DH, Kipnis 2B, Cabrera SS, Santana C, Duncan LF, Choo RF, Brantley CF, Kotchman 1B, Hannahan 3B. Masterson SP.

Damon was 0-3 in his Indians debut Wednesday as a left fielder, before he left the game in the sixth inning due to cramps.
