The Cleveland Indians head to St. Louis for an interleague series against the Cardinals starting on Friday.
It's been a tough last few weeks for the Cleveland Indians, who dropped out of first place in the AL Central after some mediocre play and are coming off a 4-6 record in their last ten games. It won't get easier now as they had to St. Louis to face the most recent World Series champion Cardinals.
Former Indians pitcher Jake Westbrook, who was traded in a three team deal a couple of years ago, will take the mound for St. Louis. He is 4-5 with a 4.23 ERA on the year, but his recent stats have been awful with losses in his last three. The Indians will send out Josh Tomlin, who has a 2-3 record and 5.32 ERA so far this season.
The game will be at Busch Stadium at 8:15 p.m. ET.
