Indians Vs. Rangers: Cleveland Ends Losing Streak With 4-3 Win

The Cleveland Indians ended a six-game losing streak by beating the Texas Rangers 4-3 Saturday.

Jeanmar Gomez (5-7, 5.08 ERA) gave up three earned runs and struck out five in 5.2 innings to earn the win.

Cleveland did all of its damage offensively in the first inning, scoring four runs off of Texas starter Scott Feldman (6-11, 5.01). Carlos Santana drove in Shin-Soo Choo and Jason Kipnis with an RBI-single. Casey Kotchman scored Santana on an RBI-groundout, followed right after by an RBI-groundout from Jack Hannahan.

Texas scored on home runs by David Murphy and Adrian Beltre, and a sacrifice fly by Mitch Moreland.

Cleveland's bullpen scattered four hits over the final 3.1 innings of relief. Vinnie Pestano picked up his first save of the season for Cleveland.
