The Ohio State Buckeyes are still heavily favored in the Big Ten race, but their loss at Indiana on Saturday was a major blow. Currently, Ohio State trails Michigan, Michigan State, and Purdue in the conference race after two games. The Buckeyes can begin playing catchup Tuesday night as they return home to face Nebraska at 6:30 p.m.

The Cornhuskers have not had an easy welcoming schedule so far in their first season of Big Ten play. Ohio State will be the third straight ranked opponent that Nebraska has faced to open league play. The Cornhuskers opened with a 64-40 home loss to Wisconsin and dropped a 68-55 game to Michigan State at home in its second game. Bo Spencer, a senior guard in his first and only season after transferring from LSU, leads the Cornhuskers at 15.1 points per game.
