Big Ten Tournament 2012: Ohio State Vs. Purdue Game Time, TV Schedule And More

Ohio State just needs a few more wins to make their season something truly special. The 2012 Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals will take place on Friday. Eight teams remain in the elimination tournament for the conference championship and a guaranteed spot in the 2012 NCAA Tournament.The final game on Friday will pit the No. 3 seed Ohio St. Buckeyes (25-6, 13-5 Big Ten) against the No. 6 seed Purdue Boilermakers (21-11, 10-8 Big Ten).

The Buckeyes emerged victorious in their only game against the Boilermakers this season. They pulled off an 87-84 win on Feb. 7.

The game will begin at 9:00 p.m. ET and will air on the Big Ten Network.

Should the Buckeyes prove victorious on Friday night, they will advance to the semifinals on Saturday to face the winner of the game between the No. 2 seed Michigan Wolverines (23-8, 13-5 Big Ten) and the No. 10 seed Minnesota Golden Gophers (19-13, 6-12 Big Ten).
