As we have discussed previously, the Browns missing restricted free agents, Lawrence Vickers, Abe Elam, Jerome Harrison, Matt Roth and D’Qwell Jackson, have until midnight tonight to sign their tenders.
↵While Harrison and Vickers have been in camp with injury waivers, all five still stand to lose money if they choose to remain unsigned.
