For the past several days I’ve been feeling like you sometimes feel when in the grip of a nightmare. There comes a point where you just surrender to it, where you accept the falling through the air, or accept that some other-wordly creature is pursuing you, or that the flood waters which are rising on each side may just drown you.
↵For well over a month now it has been hard to write about the Cavs because everything, every article or thought, has been shadowed by “What’s LeBron going to do?” Well you know what?
