According to Brian Windhorst, the Cavs have used their mid-level exception to sign restricted free agent Kyle Lowry to a 3-year, $24 million deal.
↵We aren’t out of the woods yet, as Windhorst also notes that the Rockets may very well match the offer.
↵Last season Lowry averaged 9.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game. His shoot percentage was low (.397) but he is known for tough, hard nosed defense.
↵Stay tuned, the Cavs' rebuilding may have just started.
